At Oud Store, we care about your satisfaction. You may request a return under the following conditions, taking into account the nature of fragrance products and hygiene and safety requirements.
1. Return Request Period
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Accepting a Return
- The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- It must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Products
- Any product that has been opened or used.
- Opened fragrance oils, incense, and fragrance products, for safety and quality reasons.
4. Fees & Refunds
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or an incorrect product was sent.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product and approve the request, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. How to Request a Return
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and a product photo when needed. Do not send the product back before receiving return instructions from our team.
